Only a week old but we love it. It is quiet and has plenty of space and with the multi-use drawer that can be used as a freezer or refrigerator when extra space is needed it is great. The ice maker is also quiet and convenient.

Very nice refrigerator. We love the features, especially the middle drawer that can be a fridge or freezer. This was the deciding feature for us. We wanted it in black so I guess I will have to wrap it in Vinyl. The handles do not feel good to the touch. I ended up reversing them to help a little, but a high end fridge deserves high end handles.

Overall, we have liked this fridge. PROS: The shelf that slides back to accommodate taller items is useful. We really like the convertible drawer that can be a fridge or freezer. I really like the automatic door closing feature so I can ensure the French doors fully close. CONS: The ledge on the door when using the ice/ water feature is too small and doesn™€™t hold the glass; it™€™d be nicer if it were deeper. We also noticed that area leaking and realized ice had gotten stuck leaving the ice tray open the melt. The door storage for condiments is awkward.

I received my 4 door refrigerator two weeks ago. it is beautiful and sophisticated . The standard written instructions was easy to follow. The conversion drawer is a luxury with the ability to choose between cold and freezer . My only complaint is there was not a compleat instruction booklet included.I did contact the 800 number that was provided and was told that Frigidaire does not offer the instruction booklet anymore.and the representative barely spoke English.

With the drawer you can utilize it for either freezer or fridge additional space which is so nice. This fridge allows for party trays or large desserts to be kept cool. I am replacing a 32-year-old Kenmore (made by Frigidaire) 27 cubic foot side-by-side refrigerator-freezer that was still working but the metal on the working icemaker was showing signs of rust, the freezer gasket needed to be replaced, and things in the back of the refrigerator were starting to freeze. We decided that it was time for a new one as we had gotten our money's worth and some from this family friend. Changing brands was not an option as Frigidaire had served my parents well and this 70 plus year old veteran. The only service calls for the old unit were due to owner created issues and not mechanical breakdowns. In fact, the gasket failure was caused by our not completely cleaning sugary liquid spill from it. I trust that the family that we donated the old one too will get a few more years of service from "old faithful!

We had to wait a week to order our frig from the big box home improvement store due to being out of stock. Them once it was back, had to wait a week for delivery. But it was worth the wait. I love how BIG it is and how you can move around the shelves. My husband loves the middle drawer. That™€™s where he keeps his soda. My old frig was a Kenmore that literally served me well for 30 years; since 1994. I™€™m so excited that this new one enables me to SEE all my food. The lower freezer bin is great with the sliding door to hold the things I use the most. Love that I can control the temp on the middle drawer depending on what I needed. The ice maker and outer water area works great. Love the sliding side bin too. Lighting inside helps me so much. I walk by it and say, whose palace does this thing belong in; brings my kitchen to a different level. I™€™m grateful it was a good price so I could afford it. I™€™m praying and hoping it will last as long as my old one did. Of course, I™€™m still evaluating but so far so REALLY GOOD!!! Thanks for making it so wonderful. I am looking forward to a great Thanksgiving with my new frig!!

So far the problem is part refrigerator the middle draw temp would not set so they brought a Replacement looks like forklift damage so have a 3rd one on its way the delivery of number 2 was not the best did damages to my home which nothing has been done to fix this problem and again still do not have a undamaged working refrigerator yet and have not heard back on the damages from delivery
