Better details about placement of filters and locations had to look up on YouTube. Thank you to you that posted. Overall fridge is nice lots of storage in freezer and refrigerator. Only upgrade would be the water dispenser to be colder when getting water without ice.

I purchased this from Lowe™™s in July 2022 and have had problems since day one. The doors don™™t line up, the freezer door pops open if the refrigerator door is closed too hard, the freezer glass shelf trim has never stayed on, food in the REFRIGERATOR freezes up if it™™s close to the freezer wall. I™™ve had repairmen come out. The first one told me not to slam the doors! I have children who are not expected to be ™gentle™ when opening and closing ANY doors in the house!! The second repairman was very helpful because I convinced him to add a wire shelf in an empty slot so that I can place heavy items on it and he added spacers to keep it tight. He ordered a replacement drawer because it got cracked from the shelf above it fell due to it falling off track. I had to wait for the parts to be delivered and I wasn™™t home when the third repairman came. He only installed the new drawer but it™™s still sliding off track. It doesn™™t appear that the tracks can support the weight of items placed on the glass shelf and inside the bin. I do not overload the shelves so that is not the reason they are falling off track. The track on the outer freezer walls seems fine but the track on the wall attached to the refrigerator side wall isn™™t stable. For the price I paid for this refrigerator, I wouldn™™t think there would this many issues in such a short amount of time. The extended warranty that I purchased at Lowe™™s has expired and the renewal offer cost almost as much as what I paid for the refrigerator. I would™™ve preferred wire shelves than dealing with the issues of these glass shelves. I am giving this 2 stars because the refrigerator is beautiful and spacious, but I would not recommend purchasing this until these design flaws are addressed.

During the first service visit, the technician only applied warm water to thaw the water-dispense spout, which was merely a temporary fix. Month later failed again. 2nd request I go no response. Will see how it goes on the 3rd service request.

Overall, the fridge is good. I keep the freezer at -18C and the fridge at 3C.However, be aware there is a problem with the top shelf and food freezing there. The vent is there and there is a warning not to block the vent. But, nearly all food that sits there get frozen. It doesn't make the shelf unusable, but be aware of what type of food you put there as bottles and jars are ok and fruit/vegetables are not.In addition, and this has been mentioned before, the shelves are not wide enough. If you actually use your fridge and keep food in it, at some point the shelf will slowly migrate to the left and will no longer sit on the support. Wile the shelf doesn't fall it is on an angle and needs to be repositioned. Clearly, a bad design and flaw.Finally, we've had the fridge for 11 months. The ice maker stopped working and it was repaired under warranty. The Frigidaire Refrigerator Valve,Water,Triple Solenoid (part # 5304538492) had to be replaced. I'm not happy that it failed so soon.

Overall an excellent refrigerator so far. Spacious and included a deli/cheese draw which was important to us. Unpacking the tape job during set up led to one of the freezer draws have some of the colored paint pulled off the draw handle from the tape adhesive. The draws could be more heavy duty too. Over all no big issues. Happy with our purchase it is running great. Thank you Frigidaire.

At initial power up the condenser fan was hitting the shroud. The delivery guys, and I tried a few things to prevent the fan from hitting the shroud without success. Ultimately, we just removed the two mounting bolts which allowed the shroud to be less compressed by the foam vibration isolators and the fan ran quietly and stablily mounted. I considered enlarging the mounting holes in the shroud so the bolts could be reinstalled with the fan in that position, but I haven™™t gotten around to it. It seems to be working well.

This fridge is really roomy. It is simple, elegant and does the job. The freezer removable drawers are not engineered well, and with the slighted outward nudge they can fall out of their grooves. Other than that, pretty decent product for the price point.

We just moved into our house and we couldn™™t have asked for a better fridge! I was worried if it would fit all our food, we have kids that eat all the time, but it has plenty of space. I find myself even buying more food than I usually do because I am confident of the storage. I couldn™™t recommend this fridge more! Added bonus it™™s stainless steal and looks very modern and clean in my house!

This is a replacement for our other Frigidaire that only lasted 4 months before the ice maker began breaking. So far this one is great. I love that the freezer doesn™™t have wire shelves. There is plenty of space in the refrigerator too. I am just hoping this one lasts because I love it. Great for the price!

I love my new Frigidaire! I returned another brand that was a very big name brand but wouldn™™t keep the freezer cold enough or make hardly any ice. This Frigidaire makes plenty of ice. I also love the ice water dispenser which is full sized. Very happy with everything about it!

The fridge is good and works like it supposed to work. I especially like the fact that there are three drawers and the ice/water feature on the front is plus! There are a couple of things I don't like about the fridge. One is the fact that it cuts off and on when you open the doors and it is a little loud. It seems to run most of the time. The handles do show fingerprints and smudges. Overall, it is a good fridge, though.

We bought this fridge in October 2025 it is now November 2025. My fridge and freezer had completely quit working. I am covered under the manufacturers warranty so I put in a ticket and 3 days later it™™s still not fixed. They keep assigning the ticket to a company that won™™t accept the job. Frigidaire won™™t send anyone to fix it and they won™™t replace it until it™™s been 72 hours then they said it can take 3-5 business days for the replacement to go through. Frigidaire is a joke. Now my family can™™t have groceries in the home and in this economy who can afford to eat out every night. We paid almost $2000.00 for this unit and two month later it quits working. So please save yourself time and hunger and stay away!!!

So far I am very happy. The ice cubes are small and the dispenser sends a spray of crushed ice all over when trying to fill a glass. Other than that, the lighting is good. I like the way the doors close easily. Plenty of room in the freezer and frig.

A lot of features to include ice maker which allows both crushed and cube ice. Also filtered water is available. Very quiet operation and the front display shows the temperature and can be adjusted. Interior LED lighting is excellent. Stainless steel outer shell looks stunning.

I purchased a refrigerator from Lowe™™s, and it has been defective from the very first day, producing a loud and disruptive noise. Despite opening four separate service tickets with Frigidaire support over the past two months, the issue remains unresolved.Furthermore, on two occasions, the scheduled repair service failed to appear, causing significant inconvenience. This level of service is unacceptable, and I request immediate action to either repair the unit or provide a replacement.

We had an older version of this fridge and we were always polishing it because there would be some smudge marks on the handles or doors. The new finish truly is smudge free! Love the enhanced lighting on the interior and the new sliding drawers are so much smoother and easier to pull. I enjoy the inch sized ice cubes where some others are so much bigger. Changing out the filters is easy and the size is ample for two people in the household.

the only thing I dislike is it is hard to know if the ice maker is on or off. The unit is located in my cabin in Colorado, and we come and go mostly summer and fall/winter we don't get there as often. In the winter we turn off the water to the home to guard from a frozen pipe just to be on the safe side. My old refrigerator had a arm that controlled the ice maker on and off. Also, the model at my residents has an option that show if the icemaker is on or off. This one does not have the options button and it has not indication if the light that lights up if the unit is off or on. Frigidaire could do better on this one. But keep in mind I am 69 and not as savy with electronics as I wish I was.
